We have a 60-day free return policy for damaged or faulty items. If your order is over 60 days, or the item is not faulty and you've simply had a change of heartf mind, then unfortunately, we don't provide free returns.
However, you can initiate a return via our return portal, and we'll still issue you a 100% refund once the item has been shipped back to us.

If approved, you'll receive a shipping label so that you can send the product back to us.
Please note that the refund will only be processed once the item has been picked up by the courier, so we suggest you organise shipping shortly after receiving the shipping label to ensure that it doesn't expire.
